RETURN POLICY

We guarantee your satisfaction and all Vinearius products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a refund or offer a replacement if your order is defective or damaged. Vinearius products can be returned within 15 days of delivery receipt. Simply indicating refund or replacement and accompany it with your original invoice and return items.

Exchange items must be in their original packaging and be undamaged, unless you are returning product due to defect or damage. You must assume the cost and risk of returning the product to Vinearius. In the case that Vinearius failed to deliver the product you ordered or if the product is defective, Vinearius will reimburse the cost of transportation, provided you return the product to us by Canada Post. Vinearius is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipment of your order.
